What do Osteopaths treat and what do I offer ?

Osteopathy is regulated and is one of the UK’s allied health professions so you do not need to be referred by a GP.

Payment is collected at the end of each appointment by cash or alternatively a bank transfer from your mobile device. Unfortunately, I am unable to take payment by debit card or credit card.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will incur a full charge, this is to give me enough time to offer your slot to someone else in need.

Health Insurance: I am registered with the large providers such as Aviva, AXA, Cigna, Vitality Health and WPA (not Bupa). However, I do not work with them directly anymore so I request that you pay me for each treatment and reclaim the fee from them. I can provide you with a receipt. Please check before booking that they will definitely reimburse you. Some may reimburse the full amount, others may only reimburse a partial amount. I cannot accept responsibility for providing refunds of any amount.
